Situated in a small principal town, between Bucharest The Capital, and the city of Calarasi, in the direction of Constanta and the Black Sea resorts.
Lehliu Gara Has all you may need: 2 petrol stations, 2 LPG stations. Several bars, many shops that sell all the local produce. There`s a lovely outside market, wood yards, Iron mongers, Hospital. 2 hotels, Vets. etc... Main railway station, Bucharest to the Black Sea. Lehliu Gara is also very good for fishing, many large lakes near the vicinity, (10km) The largest being 40km around.
A new motorway from the Capital of Bucharest to the Black sea, has an open exit for this Town. Bucharest is a 40 minute drive. Black sea is 1hr 30 minute drive. Superb Hotels, bars and Beaches . Transylvania is a 2hour drive. Bran, Dracula`s Castle. Truly fantastic scenery, Superb in winter for the ski fans, in many locations. You can cross the river Danube to Bulgaria by ferry in 40 minutes.

The house outside. Is on 1000sq mtrs of land, and is freehold with no taxes payable. I have owned this house for 15 years. Full running water as well as having a fresh water well. A septic tank is to the rear of the property, although in the last few months we have had main sewage installed.
